Topics & Target

Call for Papers:

Papers and presentations are invited from eminent scholars, academicians, administrators and entrepreneurs for the Conference. The papers shall be reviewed by the technical committee which consists of eminent persons from academia. These papers can be presented in different sessions of the conference and can also be used for presentation in small group discussions session on specific areas of interest during the workshops meeting. Such workshops shall be meeting several times during the conference to engage in focused dialogue on selected common issues and providing reports of their findings for discussions at the final plenary session.

The Topics are:

  • Issues related to quality in higher education in developing countries.
  • Strategic planning for higher education including standards of performance measurements and identification of quality needs of the outcomes and implementation of plans.
  • Credibility and reliability of quality performance measures.
  • Ranking of Universities.
  • Ranking of Academic Departments
  • Implementation plans of quality assurance schemes.
  • Implementation of operational plans and continuous strategic planning.
  • Developing approaches for quality assessment.
  • Use of quality models in education.
  • Issues and problems in Ph.D. Degree quality assurance.
  • Impact of developments in assessment of quality in higher education.

To submit proposals, please send a 250 words abstract of the paper, The abstract shall be reviewed by the technical committee and the author shall be informed for preparing the full paper in case of the acceptance of the abstract. The abstract should be accompanied with a brief resume of the speaker. The abstract may be submitted in Word format on a disk or by e-mail.

Author Guidelines

To submit proposals, please send a 250 words abstract of the paper. The abstract shall be reviewed by the technical committee and the author shall be informed for preparing the full paper in case of the acceptance of the abstract. The abstract should be accompanied with a brief resume of the speaker. The abstract may be submitted in Word format on a disk or by e-mail according to the following format.

1. All submitted papers must be original and not presented / published at any other conference / journal.

2. Paper Format

  • A-4 size
  • Maximum 20 number of pages including figures and references.

3. Margins

  • Top Margin: 2.5 cm or 1 inch.
  • Bottom Margin: 2.5 cm or 1 inch.
  • Left Margin: 2.5 cm or 1 inch.
  • Right Margin 2.5 cm or 1 inch

4. Headings

All headings should be in Times New Roman, 14 pt. (Bold)

5. Main Title

The main title should be at the top of the first page centered and should be in Times New Roman, with 14 pt. (Bold).

6. Author Name (s) and Affiliation (s)

Author name(s) should be centered & single space Affiliation(s), country, and email address should be in Times New Roman, with 12 pt.

7. Abstracts

This paper must have an abstract at the beginning and should be single-spaced.
